Community Sentence Handed to Maribor Rioter Who Pleaded Guilty

Maribor, 19 September - The Maribor District Court handed on Friday a seven-month prison sentence that can be served with community work to a 20-year-old who admitted to throwing cobblestones at police officers during a 2012 anti-establishment protest in Maribor. Eight more suspected rioters have been brought before the court and most of them are expected to stand trial.
