New Attempt at Appointing Intel Oversight Commission Fails

Ljubljana, 19 September - A new attempt at appointing an Intelligence Oversight Commission failed in parliament on Friday as the opposition Democrats (SDS) insisted on naming leader Janez Janša as their member of the commission, something that most other deputy factions oppose on account of him serving prison term for bribery.
