Slovene Imports and Exports in 1995

Ljubljana, 2 May - Slovene goods exports in US Dollars increased by 21.4 per cent in 1995, while imports increased by 29.4 per cent. The volume of exported goods rose by 6.7 per cent from 4.8 per cent in 1994. A reason for concern lies in rapid growth of imports whose physical volume went up by as many as 17.7 per cent from 5.1 per cent a year before, says the Bank of Slovenia 1995 report.
