Banks Challenge FOI Disclosure of Toxic Loans

Ljubljana/Maribor, 22 September - The two biggest banks in the country have decided to mount a challenge against freedom of information legislation mandating that they disclose bad loans on their books, a move that comes less than a month before the disclosure requirements kick into force.
