Budget Deficit at Annual Target by August

Ljubljana, 23 September - Slovenia's budget shortfall had expanded to EUR 1.03bn by the end of August to hit the level planned for the year. A deficit of EUR 112.6m was registered in August due to lower-than planned personal tax revenue and the freeze of EU funds.
