Pahor Stresses Need for UN Security Council Mandate in Operation Against IS

New York, 23 September - President Borut Pahor stressed on Tuesday after Slovenia appeared on a list of some 50 countries and organisations that are part of an US-led international coalition against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria that a mandate by the UN Security Council is needed for such operations.
