Janša's Lawyer in New Recusal Attempt
Ljubljana, 24 September - Janez Janša's lawyer has filed a renewed request for the recusal of Supreme Court President Branko Masleša as well as judge Maja Tratnik from the panel of judges deliberating on Janša's appeal against his conviction for accepting the promise of a bribe in 2006 when he served as prime minister.
