Economist Damijan Says Slovenia's Growth a Coincidence

Ljubljana, 24 September - Economist Jože P. Damijan has assessed that the renewed economic growth in Slovenia is actually a coincidence, as it is primarily a consequence of the spending of EU funds from the closing financial perspective. If he was finance minister, he would freeze pensions, refinance foreign loans and invest EUR 400m in infrastructure.
