Arafat's visit to Washington is a lot more than a mere symbolic recognition, claims Dnevnik's Maroje Mihovilovič Friday. Rather, it involves important matters in diplomatic and negotiating efforts to establish new relationships between Israelis and Palestinians. A new stage has begun, when a series of sensitive questions will have to be tackled including those of Jerusalem and formal establishment of the Palestinian state.
