New Archives Rules Frustrating Some Researchers Despite Special Access Option
Ljubljana, 27 September - Two months into the new regime for accessing Yugoslav-era files at the National Archives, the archive's users who joined the Democrats (SDS) in the failed referendum effort against the changes say that access has slowed down substantially. The head of the archives Bojan Cvelfar advises them to use the special access status possibility.
