Janša Facing Another Lawsuit Over Accusations of Secret Police Membership

Ljubljana, 29 September - Former MP Jerko Čehovin has filed a lawsuit against Janez Janša for defamation after the Democrats (SDS) president accused him of having been a member of the communist secret police UDBA. A trial against Janša already started in June over an UDBA claim made against former presidential adviser Franci Perčič.
