Brussels, 6 October - Slovenia's EU commissioner candidate Alenka Bratušek appeared unable to convince MEPs that she had a viable plan for the EU's energy union at a confirmation hearing Monday, fuelling speculation in Brussels that Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker will be forced to reshuffle his team.
