Ljubljana, 10 October - Violeta Bulc, minister without portfolio for development, strategic projects and cohesion, was nominated Slovenia's member of the next European Commission by the government on Friday after former PM Alenka Bratušek withdrew as the designated Commission vice-president for the energy union.
