Prefab House Maker Lumar Bought Back from Austrian Company

Maribor, 14 October - Lumar, one of Slovenia's leading makers of prefabricated houses, has been bought back by its founders from the Green Building Group (GBG) more than two years after the Lukić family sold their 100% stake to the Austrian company. The move was made to keep Lumar healthy as the GBG is facing financial issues, company heads said on Tuesday.
