Zagreb Court Upholds Deposits Memorandum, Suspends Lawsuit

Zagreb, 23 October - A court in Zagreb has stopped a lawsuit brought by the Croatian PBZ bank against a defunct Slovenian bank and its offshoot NLB over Yugoslav-era foreign currency deposits owed to Croatian citizens due to a memorandum between the countries envisaging the suspension of such cases.
