New Intelligence Boss Considered Surprise

Ljubljana, 24 October - The new head of the Slovenian intelligence service Andrej Oček, appointed on Wednesday as its fourth director in as many years, is described in the media as a low-key Security and Intelligence Agency (SOVA) employee who joined the service some 15 years ago. While missing leadership experience, he is reportedly a close family friend of the PM.
