Ljubljana, 31 October - Slovenia's largest banks NLB and NKBM narrowly failed European Central Bank (ECB) stress tests. Still, the banks were found to be able to offset a shortfall under the adverse scenario with retained profit, without public funds. The government meanwhile replaced Police Commissioner Stanislav Veniger with head of criminal investigators Marjan Fank.
