Lengthy Court Cases Has Cost State EUR 8.6M
Ljubljana, 27 October - Slovenia has so far paid out EUR 8.6m in damages over the failure to secure trial within a reasonable time. This right has been violated in 3,285 cases, shows data released by the State Attorney's Office.
