"All Roads Lead to Berlin," Writes Delo

Ljubljana, 3 November - Commenting on the visit by PM Miro Cerar to Germany, the daily Delo says in Monday's commentary that it is logical that European leaders want to make Chancellor Angela Merkel's office one of their first destinations to visit given Germany's political and economic role on the continent.
