Higher Court Overrules T-2 Receivership

Ljubljana, 3 November - The Higher Court in Ljubljana has overruled a District Court ruling to start receivership proceedings at Slovenia's leading fibre optic internet provider, T-2, finding that the motion by the creditors was assessed wrongly by the lower court. The lower court will have to review the application again.
