Court Day for Wiped Out Holders of Subordinated Bank Debt

Ljubljana, 6 November - The Constitutional Court will start deliberating on Thursday a case brought by dozens of holders of subordinated bank debt that, if decided in favour of the petitioners, could saddle the budget with half a billion euros in unplanned expenditure.
