Ljubljana, 5 November - The SBI TOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchanged remained virtually flat at 820.07 points on Wednesday in a mixed day for blue chips, which saw energy company Petrol gain the most and household appliance maker Gorenje suffering the biggest loss.
