Govt, Unions Remain Divided in Pay Talks

Ljubljana, 5 November - The government put forward a fresh set of measures to cut the public sector wage bill as talks with the trade unions resumed Wednesday, but union leaders rejected them wholesale, insisting on merely extending existing measures and potentially discussing only minor tweaks.
