Official Confirmation: Supreme Court Turns Down Janša Appeal
Ljubljana, 6 November - The Supreme Court has turned down the extraordinary appeal by Janez Janša against the conviction in the Patria bribery trial, sending official notice of this to the former prime minister on Thursday. He will now be able to take his case to the Constitutional Court for review.
