Floods: Night Brings Relief Despite Last Evening's Red Alert

Ljubljana, 8 November - The situation in the areas worst hit by floods has calmed down during the night despite the Environment Agency of Slovenia (ARSO) declaring the highest weather alert last evening, Civil Protection commander Srečko Šestan told the STA Saturday. The worst was on the outskirts of Ljubljana where almost the entire village of Iška vas was flooded.
