Pollster to Return Janša EUR 5,000 over Slander Suit, Court Says
Ljubljana, 8 November - The Supreme Court has ruled in favour of opposition SDS leader Janez Janša, ordering pollster Ninamedia to return him EUR 5,000, the amount Janša was ordered to pay in 2010 for having alleged the pollster was politically biased.
