Dnevnik Says Authorities Responsible for Flood Protection in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 11 November - Authorities are to blame for the poor flood protection in the country, the daily Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary, arguing that the country has been doing everything to make the damage caused by floods greater while welcoming the promises of action.
