Brussels, 11 November - Prime Minister Miro Cerar raised flood safety measures and a railway network upgrade as projects Slovenia would like to include in the planned EUR 300bn investment package as he met President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, in Brussels on Monday.
