Police Trade Union Planning Rally Against Cuts

Ljubljana, 12 November - At least one of Slovenia's police trade unions is expected to soon stage a protest against further cuts in the public sector. The SPS, which argued the police force will be hit especially hard by the measures, has also engaged the larger union, the PSS, into talks on a possible strike, but more will be known next week.
