Police Chief: Defendants' Rights Prioritised over Victims'

Ljubljana, 13 November - Acting Police Commissioner Marjan Fank finds that perception of democracy in Slovenia has gone astray as there is little talk of victims' rights as opposed to the rights of defendants.
