Telekom Slovenije Offloads Stake in Gibtelecom

Ljubljana, 17 November - The state-owned telecoms provider Telekom Slovenije signed a deal with the government of Gibraltar on Monday to sell its 50% stake in the local market leader Gibtelecom Limited for EUR 47.7m. The transaction is expected to be completed next month, the company announced in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
