Mercator Group's Nine-Month Operating Profit Soars on Lower Revenue

Ljubljana, 17 November - The group around retailer Mercator generated EUR 1.99bn in sales revenues in the first nine months of 2014, down 3.6% year-on-year. Operating profit meanwhile increased by 31.8% to EUR 26.2m, which is in line with plans, according to a press release from Mercator.
