Banks Recovering, But Still Room for Improvement, Association Boss Says
Brdo pri Kranju, 17 November - Slovenia's banking system is on the path to recovery, however there is still much room for improvement, the chief supervisor of Slovenia's Bank Association Giancarlo Miranda said at the opening of the Days of Slovenian Bankers. The Finance Ministry meanwhile said that after the bailout of Banka Celje, taxpayers will no longer be paying for banks.
