Delo Says US-Russia Relations Far from a Cold War

Ljubljana, 20 November - Relations between the US and Russia have slipped to the lowest point since the Cold War, but it is believed that Russia is simply not a superpower of the Soviet proportions any more and that the dispute between Moscow and Washington cannot cause a diplomatic ice age on a global scale, the daily Delo says in Tuesday's commentary.
