Portorož Conference Starts with ECB Call for Reforms

Portorož, 20 November - ECB deputy director general for international and European relations Gilles Noblet warned in his opening address at the 16th Portorož Business Conference on Thursday of a feeble growth outlook for the eurozone. He urged monetary, fiscal as well as structural measures, arguing structural reforms can also reduce debt.
