Fraport Increases Aerodrom Share to 98%
Brnik, 24 November - German airport operator Fraport has increased its stake in the formerly state-owned Brnik airport operator Aerodrom Ljubljana to 97.99%, a takeover report published in the business daily Finance says. The German company will pay EUR 57.3m for the combined 22.44% stake at EUR 61.75 per share.
