Record-Breaking December Morning Temps Measured on Coast

Piran, 1 December - While the Alpine valleys in northern Slovenia expect to see the first snow flakes this afternoon, some 18 degrees Celsius were measured on the coast this morning, the highest December morning temperature on record, the Environment Agency said on Monday.
