Minister Says Healthcare Spending Investment, Not Burden

Brussels, 1 December - Health Minister Milojka Kolar Celarc told a meeting in Brussels on Monday that health care expenditure must not be treated as a burden, but as investment. She added that an analysis of expenditure is being prepared on the basis of EU recommendations, which will serve as a guideline for optimisation of services.
