Public Sector Wage Deal Within Reach

Ljubljana, 1 December - The government and public sector trade unions are closing in on a deal on cuts in the public sector wage bill for next year, with both sides reviewing compromise proposals hammered out in hours of negotiation on Monday. The cuts are expected to be significantly lower than initially proposed by the government.
