Večer Says New EU President Facing Tough Times

Maribor, 2 December - The daily Večer says in Tuesday's commentary that the new President of the European Council Donald Tusk is facing a tall order, adding that for a start he needs to provide the newly-invented EU post with some substance even at the expense of angering some countries.
