Consortium Moves to Sell 45% of Laško

Ljubljana, 4 December - Seven major shareholders of beverage group Pivovarna Laško have signed an agreement on the joint sale of their combined 44.68% stake in the company, in a move that brings Laško a step closer to being sold to a foreign investor.
