Ministry Planning Energy Refurbishment for 25% of Housing Stock

Ljubljana, 9 December - The Infrastructure Ministry estimates that 80% of buildings in Slovenia are poorly insulated and suitable for energy efficient refurbishment. In line with a pending action plan, a quarter of the country's housing stock is to be renovated by 2020, which is also seen as a major opportunity for job creation.
