Brussels, 11 December - Minister of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities Anja Kopač Mrak expressed regret on Thursday after a proposal for introducing women quotas for the boards of listed companies failed to garner sufficient support among EU employment and social affairs ministers.
