Janša Out of Prison Pending Final Decision by Top Court

Ljubljana, 12 December - The Constitutional Court has issued a temporary injunction on the two-year prison sentence for opposition SDS leader Janez Janša until it makes a final decision on his appeal against the sentence. This means Janša can leave Dob prison, where he has been serving the sentence related to the Partia defence scandal since 20 June.
