Janša Out of Prison Pending Final Decision by Top Court

Ljubljana, 12 December - The Constitutional Court has issued a temporary injunction on the two-year prison sentence for opposition Democrats (SDS) leader Janez Janša until it makes a final decision on his appeal against the conviction. This means Janša can leave Dob prison, where he has been serving the sentence since 20 June.
