Gospodarska gibanja: Aprila Saw A Slight Increase Of Industrial Production

The decrease of industrial production which started in august 1995 stopped in March, in Aprila, however, at least a slight improvement is to be expected. The April issue of Gospodarska gibanja (Economic Trends), in which Economic Institute at the Faculty of Law (EIPF) publishes results of research on current economic trends, says the limitation of wages happened too late and is not likely to last long, the four-year absence of moderate income policy is being paid by a production standstill, deficit, inflation, decline of industrial capacities and by a reduction of employment.
