Ljubljana, 15 December - The weekly Reporter says that the decision by the Constitutional Court to release Democrats (SDS) president Janez Janša from prison until the court makes a final decision on his appeal against a guilty verdict in the Patria corruption trial indicates that the court will grant the appeal.
