Energy Certification Supervision Stricter as of 2015

Ljubljana, 18 December - While energy efficiency certificates have been mandatory for houses and apartments put on sale or for rent since March, the new year will bring fines for owners who advertise their property without specifying indicators from the certificate. The new rules entering into force on 1 January also apply to real estate agents.
