SDS Calls Supreme Court Head to Resign, Scolds Judiciary

Ljubljana, 15 December - The Democrats (SDS) believe that the decision of the Constitutional Court to release SDS president Janez Janša from prison on a temporary injunction is indicative the final decision, and urge the head of the Supreme Court, which has upheld Janša's prison sentence, to resign.
