Higher Court Reduces Sentence of Bankruptcy Receiver, Acquits Co-Defendants

Koper, 16 December - The Higher Court in Koper has significantly altered sentences for bankruptcy administrator Brane Gorše and his co-defendants in a case involving a EUR 2.4m defrauding of the bankruptcy estate of construction group Hidro.
